These terms govern your use of the mishya store and any order you place with us. Please read them before you buy. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them.
About us
mishya is a women's footwear business based in Cairo, Egypt, selling directly to customers across Egypt. You can reach us on Instagram @mishya.eg, on Facebook at mishya.eg, or at shop.mishya@gmail.com.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By ordering, you confirm that the details you give us are accurate.
Products and prices
- All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). The price you see is the total you pay for the item, with no extra charges added at checkout beyond shipping.
- We try to show every product, including its colors, as accurately as possible. Screens vary, so slight differences in color are normal and are not a fault.
- We may change prices, update products, or stop offering an item at any time. Changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We confirm receipt of your order, and the sale is complete once we accept and prepare it for shipping. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot verify your details, or if we suspect fraud.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
Receipts
We provide a receipt with every order, as required under Egyptian law.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is covered in our shipping policy, and returns, exchanges, and refunds are covered in our refund and returns policy. Both form part of these terms.
Our content and brand
The mishya name, wordmark, designs, text, and images on this store belong to mishya. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for any purpose without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Please use the store lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it to harm others.
Our responsibility
We take care to run the store well and describe our products honestly. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses outside our reasonable control, such as courier delays. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018). Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date at the top.

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامكِ متجر ميشيا وأي طلب تقدّمينه لدينا. يُرجى قراءتها قبل الشراء. باستخدامكِ المتجر أو تقديمكِ طلباً، فإنكِ توافقين عليها.
من نحن ميشيا علامة مصرية متخصّصة في أحذية النساء، مقرّها القاهرة، وتبيع مباشرةً لعميلاتها في جميع أنحاء مصر. يمكنكِ التواصل معنا عبر إنستغرام @mishya.eg أو فيسبوك mishya.eg أو على shop.mishya@gmail.com.
من يحقّ له الطلب يجب أن يكون عمركِ 18 عاماً على الأقل لتقديم طلب، أو أن يكون لديكِ موافقة وليّ الأمر. بتقديمكِ الطلب، تؤكّدين صحة البيانات التي تزوّدينا بها.
المنتجات والأسعار
- جميع الأسعار بالجنيه المصري. السعر الظاهر هو إجمالي ما تدفعينه عن المنتج، دون رسوم إضافية عند الدفع باستثناء الشحن.
- نحرص على عرض كل منتج بألوانه بأكبر دقة ممكنة. تختلف الشاشات، لذا فإن أي فرق طفيف في اللون أمر طبيعي ولا يُعدّ عيباً.
- يحقّ لنا تغيير الأسعار أو تحديث المنتجات أو إيقاف عرض أي منتج في أي وقت، ولا تؤثّر هذه التغييرات في الطلبات التي قبلناها بالفعل.
الطلبات عند تقديمكِ طلباً، فإنكِ تقدّمين عرضاً للشراء. نؤكّد استلام طلبكِ، ويكتمل البيع بمجرّد قبولنا له وتجهيزه للشحن. يحقّ لنا رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب، مثلاً عند نفاد المنتج أو تعذّر التحقّق من بياناتكِ أو الاشتباه في الاحتيال.
الدفع نقبل الدفع عند الاستلام. تدفعين للمندوب نقداً عند وصول طلبكِ.
الإيصالات نوفّر إيصالاً مع كل طلب، وفقاً لما يقتضيه القانون المصري.
الشحن والإرجاع يتناول الشحنَ سياسةُ الشحن، وتتناول عملياتِ الإرجاع والاستبدال والاسترداد سياسةُ الإرجاع والاسترداد، وكلتاهما جزء من هذه الشروط.
محتوانا وعلامتنا اسم ميشيا وشعارها وتصاميمها ونصوصها وصورها في هذا المتجر ملك لميشيا. لا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة إنتاجها أو استخدامها لأي غرض دون إذن كتابي منّا.
الاستخدام المقبول يُرجى استخدام المتجر بصورة مشروعة. لا تحاولي تعطيله أو الدخول إليه دون تصريح أو استخدامه للإضرار بالغير.
مسؤوليتنا نحرص على إدارة المتجر بعناية ووصف منتجاتنا بصدق. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمّل مسؤولية الخسائر الخارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة، كتأخّر شركة التوصيل. ولا ينتقص أي ممّا ورد في هذه الشروط من أي حقّ لكِ بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك المصري.
القانون الواجب التطبيق تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، بما في ذلك قانون حماية المستهلك (القانون رقم 181 لسنة 2018). وتختصّ المحاكم المصرية المختصّة بأي نزاع.
التغييرات قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من حين لآخر. تجدين النسخة الحالية دائماً على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث في أعلاها.
