Here is how your mishya order is delivered, and what to expect.

Where we ship

We deliver across Egypt, including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, the Delta, Upper Egypt, the coasts, and Sinai, through our courier partner.

Shipping fees

Cairo and Giza: 100 EGP.
Alexandria, the Delta, and Canal cities: 130 EGP.
Upper Egypt, the North Coast, the Red Sea, Sinai, and all other governorates: 160 EGP.
Free shipping on orders over 4,000 EGP.

Your shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping fees are not refundable, unless a return is due to our error.

Payment on delivery

We accept cash on delivery across Egypt. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Please have the order total ready at the door.

Open and check on delivery

You can open your parcel and check your order in front of the courier before you pay, to confirm the size and color and that nothing is damaged.

Please try the shoes on indoors, on a clean, soft surface. Do not wear them outside.
If an item is not right for you, an exchange or return is arranged under our refund and returns policy, with the return or exchange shipping covered by you. Shipping fees are not refundable.
If an item is faulty, wrong, or not as described, we make it right at no cost to you.

Tracking and updates

After your order ships, we will share tracking details where the courier provides them. For any update on a live order, message us on Instagram @mishya.eg, on Facebook at mishya.eg, or email shop.mishya@gmail.com with your order number.

Address and failed delivery

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or no one was reachable, we may ask you to cover the cost of resending it. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible and before the order ships.

إليكِ كيفية وصول طلبكِ من مِشية وما الذي تتوقّعينه.

أين نشحن نوصّل إلى جميع أنحاء مصر، بما في ذلك القاهرة والجيزة والإسكندرية والدلتا وصعيد مصر والسواحل وسيناء، عبر شريك التوصيل لدينا.

رسوم الشحن

القاهرة والجيزة: 100 جنيه.
الإسكندرية والدلتا ومدن القناة: 130 جنيه.
صعيد مصر والساحل الشمالي والبحر الأحمر وسيناء وباقي المحافظات: 160 جنيه.
الشحن مجاني للطلبات التي تتجاوز 4,000 جنيه.

تظهر لكِ رسوم الشحن عند إتمام الطلب قبل الدفع. ورسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا إذا كان الإرجاع بسبب خطأ منّا.

الدفع عند الاستلام نوفّر الدفع عند الاستلام في جميع أنحاء مصر. تدفعين للمندوب نقداً عند وصول طلبكِ. يُرجى تجهيز قيمة الطلب عند الباب.

الفتح والفحص عند الاستلام يمكنكِ فتح الطرد وفحص طلبكِ أمام المندوب قبل الدفع، للتأكّد من المقاس واللون وأن المنتج غير تالف.

يُرجى قياس الحذاء داخل المنزل على سطح نظيف وناعم، دون ارتدائه في الخارج.
إذا لم يكن المنتج مناسباً لكِ، يُرتَّب الاستبدال أو الإرجاع وفق سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد، وتتحمّلين تكلفة شحن الإرجاع أو الاستبدال. ورسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.
إذا كان المنتج معيباً أو خاطئاً أو غير مطابق للوصف، نتولّى تصحيح الأمر دون أي تكلفة عليكِ.

التتبّع والتحديثات بعد شحن طلبكِ، نوافيكِ ببيانات التتبّع متى وفّرتها شركة التوصيل. لأي تحديث عن طلب قيد التنفيذ، راسلينا عبر إنستغرام @mishya.eg أو فيسبوك mishya.eg أو على shop.mishya@gmail.com مع ذكر رقم طلبكِ.

العنوان وتعذّر التوصيل يُرجى التأكّد من عنوانكِ ورقم هاتفكِ عند إتمام الطلب. إذا تعذّر التوصيل بسبب عنوان غير صحيح أو تعذّر الوصول إليكِ، فقد نطلب منكِ تحمّل تكلفة إعادة الإرسال. إذا احتجتِ إلى تغيير عنوانكِ، تواصلي معنا في أسرع وقت وقبل شحن الطلب.
