Shipping policy

Here is how your mishya order is delivered, and what to expect.

Where we ship

We deliver across Egypt, including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, the Delta, Upper Egypt, the coasts, and South Sinai, through our courier partner. We are not able to deliver to North Sinai at the moment, as our courier does not cover it.

Shipping fees

  • Cairo and Giza: 100 EGP.
  • Alexandria, the Delta, and Canal cities: 130 EGP.
  • Upper Egypt, the North Coast, the Red Sea, South Sinai, and all other governorates: 160 EGP.
  • Free shipping on orders over 4,000 EGP.
  • If you hand your order back at the door, you pay for the delivery only: a flat 100 EGP, wherever you are in Egypt.

Your shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping fees are not refundable, unless a return is due to our error.

Payment on delivery

We accept cash on delivery across Egypt. You pay the courier when your order arrives, so please have the order total ready at the door.

Try your order on at the door

You can open your parcel and try your order on in front of the courier before you pay, to confirm the size and the colour. Please try the shoes on indoors, on a clean, soft surface, and do not wear them outside.

If they are not right, hand them straight back to the courier. The delivery is the only thing left to settle: a flat 100 EGP, wherever you are in Egypt.

If you would rather decide later, accept the full order and arrange a return or exchange with us afterwards, and we will collect it.

Larger orders

Keeping part of a larger order

If your order has more than three pairs and you would like to keep only part of it, message us before delivery. We work with a private courier who can arrange this in some areas of Cairo and Giza. Reach us on Instagram @mishya.eg, on Facebook at mishya.eg, or at shop.mishya@gmail.com, and we will find a way for you.

If an item is not right

  • For a return, we collect the shoes at our cost and refund their full price. For an exchange, the exchange shipping is covered by you. Shipping fees already paid are not refundable.
  • If an item is faulty, wrong, or not as described, we make it right at no cost to you.
  • For any return or exchange we need two photos of the shoes first: one from above and one of the outer sole. Full details are in our returns and exchanges policy.

Tracking and updates

After your order ships, we will share tracking details where the courier provides them. For any update on a live order, message us on Instagram @mishya.eg, on Facebook at mishya.eg, or email shop.mishya@gmail.com with your order number.

Your address

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. A complete address means your governorate and area, street name, building number, floor and apartment, a nearby landmark, and a phone number that is reachable.

إليكِ كيفية وصول طلبكِ من mishya وما الذي تتوقّعينه.

أين نشحن

نوصّل إلى جميع أنحاء مصر، بما في ذلك القاهرة والجيزة والإسكندرية والدلتا وصعيد مصر والسواحل وجنوب سيناء، عبر شريك التوصيل لدينا. أما شمال سيناء فالتوصيل إليها غير متاح حالياً، لأن شركة الشحن لا تغطّيها.

رسوم الشحن

  • القاهرة والجيزة: 100 جنيه.
  • الإسكندرية والدلتا ومدن القناة: 130 جنيه.
  • صعيد مصر والساحل الشمالي والبحر الأحمر وجنوب سيناء وباقي المحافظات: 160 جنيه.
  • الشحن مجاني للطلبات التي تتجاوز 4,000 جنيه.
  • وإذا أعدتِ طلبكِ للمندوب عند الباب، فلا تدفعين سوى قيمة التوصيل: 100 جنيه ثابتة في أي مكان في مصر.

تظهر لكِ رسوم الشحن عند إتمام الطلب قبل الدفع. ورسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا إذا كان الإرجاع بسبب خطأ منّا.

الدفع عند الاستلام

نوفّر الدفع عند الاستلام في جميع أنحاء مصر. تدفعين للمندوب عند وصول طلبكِ، ويُرجى تجهيز قيمة الطلب عند الباب.

القياس عند الباب

يمكنكِ فتح الطرد وقياس طلبكِ أمام المندوب قبل الدفع، للتأكّد من المقاس واللون. يُرجى القياس داخل المنزل على سطح نظيف وناعم، دون ارتدائه في الخارج.

وإذا لم يكن المقاس مناسباً، سلّمي الطلب للمندوب في نفس اللحظة، ولا يبقى عليكِ سوى قيمة التوصيل: 100 جنيه ثابتة في أي مكان في مصر.

وإن فضّلتِ أن تقرّري لاحقاً، استلمي الطلب كاملاً ثم نسّقي معنا الإرجاع أو الاستبدال ونحن نتولّى استلامه.

الطلبات الكبيرة

إذا كان طلبكِ أكثر من ثلاثة أزواج، راسلينا قبل التوصيل حتى نرتّبه لكِ. عبر إنستغرام @mishya.eg أو فيسبوك mishya.eg أو على shop.mishya@gmail.com.

إذا لم يكن المنتج مناسباً

  • في حالة الإرجاع نستلم الحذاء على حسابنا ونحوّل لكِ قيمته كاملة. وفي حالة الاستبدال تتحمّلين تكلفة شحن الاستبدال. ورسوم الشحن المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترداد.
  • وإذا كان المنتج معيباً أو خاطئاً أو غير مطابق للوصف، نتولّى تصحيح الأمر دون أي تكلفة عليكِ.
  • ولأي إرجاع أو استبدال نحتاج أولاً صورتين للحذاء: واحدة من أعلى وواحدة للنعل من أسفل. والتفاصيل الكاملة في سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال.

التتبّع والتحديثات

بعد شحن طلبكِ، نوافيكِ ببيانات التتبّع متى وفّرتها شركة التوصيل. لأي تحديث عن طلب قيد التنفيذ، راسلينا عبر إنستغرام @mishya.eg أو فيسبوك mishya.eg أو على shop.mishya@gmail.com مع ذكر رقم طلبكِ.

عنوانكِ

يُرجى التأكّد من عنوانكِ ورقم هاتفكِ عند إتمام الطلب. والعنوان الكامل يعني المحافظة والمنطقة واسم الشارع ورقم العمارة والدور والشقة وعلامة مميزة قريبة ورقم هاتف يمكن الوصول إليه.
